Tent Rental Policies and Requirements

Customer Pickup/Return Policy

Rental Fees:

All prices are quoted for a single day event, a weekend is considered to be a single day event. If you require equipment for longer than a single day or weekend, weekly and monthly rates are available. Rental charges are based on the time that the equipment is out, not usage.


Delivery and pick-up services are available. All delivery charges are quoted as round-trip and entail neatly stacking the equipment in the driveway, garage, loading dock, or under the tent. An additional fee is charged for special instruction deliveries, including: Equipment to the backyard, basement, second floor, or beyond.

  • Buildings or facilities with security checkpoints.

  • Set-up or take-down of equipment.

All items are cleaned, sanitized and packaged to ensure that you receive equipment in good condition. You are requested to inspect all items at the time of delivery to ensure that you find them suitable to your needs. Some items (i.e. china, glassware, flatware) may be subject to a cleaning deposit. Dirty linen should be wrapped in a tablecloth to prevent mildew and never placed in plastic bags. Do not fold damp linen.


We recommend that you make reservations well in advance to ensure that your equipment will be available for your event. For all orders confirmed outside of cancellation policy, a non-refundable retainer of approximately 50% is required to reserve the items.

Cancellation Policy:


Any cancellation of a tent or tenting accessory must be received at least 30 days prior to the delivery. Any cancellation of a tent received within 30 days is subject to a loss of deposit or a restocking fee.


Any cancellation of equipment other than tenting must be received at least two weeks prior to the delivery. Any cancellation received within two weeks is subject to a loss of deposit or a restocking fee.

Damage Waiver:

A damage waiver (10% of the rental cost) is charged to protect you against accidental damage to the equipment. If an item is broken the damaged item must be returned, otherwise you will be charged the replacement cost of the item.

Note: Damage waiver does not cover lost or stolen items.
